Summer has FINALLY come around here in Portland, however it's still raining buckets on the Oregon coastline. Despite the weather, I dragged John out to Devil's Cove last weekend for a day in the... well, gray-ness. Neither of us seemed to mind too much (though I will admit, when my rainboots busted open while the tide was coming in, I was NOT a happy camper), and we got in some good wandering and I got in some good picture-takin'.

Alright, I'm not going to lie - the main reason I create a blog post for Emma's party is to show off photos of her crazy-cute bulldog puppy, Henry Doozle. She had a wonderfully low key girl's night with a barbeque, puppy playtime and board games, which I think is what we all needed.
